Flo Drinks

Flo Drinks is a new Health Drinks Brand with their Essence Water range of super pure natural mineral water infused with a hint of natural flavours. https://flodrinks.com/

The company’s founder, Dr Ali Lazem, was looking for a Third Party Logistics provider that could receive bulk pallets of their new stock and work with them as they developed their sales campaign to introduce the product to market.

In the first instance Packaging Supplies created a branded pack to hold one of each of the four different flavours. Initially used as sample packs to introduce the products to key buyers and influencers in the market and also used to fulfil web orders for their small multi flavour packs.

The multi flavour packs are pre-assembled and put into stock, so when fulfilling web orders these are ready to be picked, packed and despatched for next day delivery. We also provide stock reporting back to Flo Drinks on a monthly basis.

Flo Drinks customers can also order in cases of 24 cartons, either of a single flavour or as a mixed pack. The mixed cases are assembled as orders are received. The cases are then packed in a double wall corrugated box (which we supplied), for onward shipment to the end customer on a next day, trackable service.

Packaging Supplies also despatch full and mixed pallets, including creating new bar code labels for cases and pallets.

Rowse Honey Case Study

Packaging Supplies have worked with Rowse Honey to produce a new Retail Shelf Ready pack for their innovative new product “Snap & Squeeze” sachets.


The sachets arrive in bulk packs, and the job involves picking and packing eight sachets into a printed carton, and carefully applying a best before end and julian dated batch code label to a specified position.

Six cartons are then placed onto a cardboard tray, shrink-wrapped and a TU Barcode label applied. The trays are then palletised for delivery back to their distribution centre using Packaging Supplies’ fleet of vehicles. We also provide full batch reporting and traceability records for their audit trail.

Butterflies Healthcare

Butterflies Healthcare engaged Packaging Supplies to find a solution to their problem of re-labelling their range of “eye health fitness” remedies. This was necessary because the products originated from the United States of America, where legislation/regulations are not as stringent as in the UK. All of the original permanent labels on each product had to be removed — ensuring the product was not damaged or affected in any way — and replacement labels applied as accurately as the original ones.

This accuracy was achieved using a special label remover and jig to ensure complete eradication of all residual glue and correct placement of the new label. All products had to be temporarily identified, during the process to ensure that the new label adhered to the correct product, due to the stringent health and safety requirements of the client.

This process has now been completed on many occasions, with total success.

Our fulfilment team were selected to pick and collate the Drambuie summer promotion. All materials were then to be packed and transported worldwide.

A large range of promotional items, from drinks stirrers and coasters to T-shirts and ice buckets were collated as individual orders for their customers throughout the world.

We were provided with the details for each country’s requirement, selecting from the range of products delivered to our warehouse. Our packing team’s expert attention to detail ensured that they not only selected the products ordered but chose the correct styles and sizes too.

Orders were then securely packed into heavy-duty shipping containers, labelled and palletised. Because orders were destined to travel throughout the world, all orders were re-counted and re-packed, to ensure complete accuracy of the product. This is our fulfilment house standard practice with all overseas projects, to negate the possibility of any non-compliance with our client’s orders. Commercial invoices were also produced for each order and complete traceability for each shipment.

Mary Kay: Consultant Kits

This job involved assembling a literature pack comprising seventeen components and a sample pack of twenty-one components.

These components were then placed into a presentation bag along with two further pre-assembled sample packs and six individual sample products.

The presentation bag was then placed into an outer box along with twenty information books, a welcome sheet and a DVD slotted in place to the box lid.

Packaging Supplies also provided the collection and delivery service from and to Mary Kay’s warehouse in North London.

In the late 1970s, two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging supplier. At the time, other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocking packaging consumables, but Tim and Stewart wanted to offer more than that.
