Packaging Supplies is an eCommerce store, so we’re based online. All orders are placed via our website. When you’re ordering with us online, you have exclusive access to a dynamic range of plastic-free packaging, competitive prices and speedy delivery services. If you’d prefer, you can also select collection at the checkout instead.
We aim to process and dispatch all our orders for the next business day (depending on stock availability). The delivery itself may take 2-3 days. Any orders placed by 1pm Monday–Friday are usually delivered the next day (excluding Sunday and bank holidays). Pallet deliveries will only be delivered on a working day, and please note that any orders received at the weekend will be processed on Monday or the next available working day. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date if your ordered product is out of stock.
When we’ve received your order, you’ll get an order confirmation to the email address or number you used to place your order. Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll get another email when it’s dispatched. DPD is our chosen courier service due to the range of delivery flexibility and high-quality customer service. You’ll be given a one-hour delivery slot on the day your delivery is due to arrive, which you can change if inconvenient. Track your order on the DPD website by entering your details, or download the app from the Apple or Play store.
Yes, you can order from overseas, as long as your packaging supplies order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (BFPO addresses are excluded). Once you have placed your order, a delivery quote will be generated, and you will be contacted before despatch to make a payment. We don’t deliver our packaging overseas, only mainland UK. For our stock plastic-free packaging, there is no minimum order value. Some of our products are sold individually, but most in pack quantities. For most products, the minimum order is at least a single pack. We have a minimum order quantity of 500 units if you’re ordering custom packaging.
Buying your packaging supplies wholesale can be more cost-effective and convenient. Packaging is a quantity-sensitive product. Most plastic-free packaging we stock has bulk discounts set up, which will always be displayed where relevant. We’ll always charge you the lower applicable price if you order multiple items or packs online.

In the late 1970s, two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging supplier. At the time, other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocking packaging consumables, but Tim and Stewart wanted to offer more than that. They wanted to give their clients additional services, such as warehouse storage and the ability to have their packaging delivered as and when it was required. Packaging Supplies was established, and the rest is history.
