These 230x155x155mm single wall boxes are one of the most cost-effective ways to ship, store or pack items. Made from an inner and outer liner on either side of a single layer of corrugated fluting, our lightweight shipping boxes are impressively strong. As an added benefit, they can be assembled quickly and easily and are secured using tape on the top and bottom flaps.Â
Cost-effective: Our single wall cardboard boxes are mass-produced and made with less materials than double wall cardboard boxes, making them a much more economical solution.
Some products must still be shipped with void fill to ensure the box does not crush during transit. More irregularly shaped or fragile items may be better suited to one of our more robust double wall boxes.
Multi-purpose: Some of our single wall boxes allow you to fold them to multiple depths and quickly change the size to suit your needs. This added flexibility means you can purchase more of the same box for a lower unit cost.

Yes, all the single wall boxes in our range are made from at least 80% recycled materials. Featuring multi-depth scores, these can be folded down to fit your item snugly, eliminating the need for added materials such as void fill. As these can be folded to size, you won’t need to buy several sizes, reducing the need for multiple deliveries and potential product wastage.
Yes, you can! We offer custom printing services for orders over 500 units. Customising your packaging is a great way to add a personal touch to your items, reinforce your brand identity and give customers an unboxing experience they won’t forget.
Yes, we offer a wide selection of sizes for our single wall cardboard boxes, from smaller options measuring 127x127x127mm to larger sizes of 605x400x365mm. Each is available from 25 units to full pallets of 360 units or more. On quantities over 500, we can deliver made to measure boxes based on your requirements.
We can offer a suite of Complete Packaging Services, including inventory management and third-party logistics (3PL) for all custom printed single wall boxes. If you’re looking to order larger volumes than offered in our shop or wish to order by pallet regularly, please get in touch to speak with one of our representatives today.
Courier deliveries will be made between 9am – 6pm.
All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
As soon as your goods leave our premises they are tracked until they reach your door!
We partner with DPD for a reason, they offer the most in flexibility and customer service features. Once your goods are picked up from our depot, you will be notified via either the email addressed you provided or by text message on the telephone number you provide during the order process.
On the day of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour delivery slot, this means that you do not need to be in all day like other couriers. Through the DPD app or website you are able to track the route and name of your driver.
Going to be out whilst the delivery is taking place? No Problem, you can either change the delivery address or even request it be delivered to a local pick up point or store. Many stores including Halfords and Sainsburys support DPD pick-ups.

Part-pallet or full pallet deliveries will be despatched through our pallet network or on our own vehicles. You will be notified by email when your delivery is being despatched, but will be unable to track it online. All pallet deliveries will be made between 8am - 6pm on the next working day.
Once your order has been placed a quote for delivery will be generated and you will be contact prior to despatch to make payment.
We aim to process and despatch orders for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday would normally be delivered next day (Sunday and bank holidays Excluded). Please note pallet deliveries can only be delivered on a working day with Saturdays excluded.
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY (BANK HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED) FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY.
Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.
We are extremely happy to announce that we offer free next day delivery to all orders delivered to UK Mainland, with no minimum order value.

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance. Please follow the guidelines below:

Packaging Supplies will arrange collection for any damaged or defective goods, however in the event that you miss your arranged collection date or time, then the return of the goods will become your responsibility.

Refunds will only be issued if all returned items are unmarked, undamaged and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened.
For damaged or defective products, please follow the advice above.
Refunds or returns for products that have been custom made or customized in any way will not be accepted unless they have been delivered damaged or defective.
Packaging Supplies will assess all custom-made return claims for damaged or defective products on a case by case basis.

In the late 1970s, two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging supplier. At the time, other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocking packaging consumables, but Tim and Stewart wanted to offer more than that. They wanted to give their clients additional services, such as warehouse storage and the ability to have their packaging delivered as and when it was required. Packaging Supplies was established, and the rest is history.
