PuffPack void fill paper rolls are a simple, cost-effective, and easy-to-use wrapping and void fill system. Strong and durable, this bubble wrap alternative will offer superior protection to your products. Each roll measures 350mm x 75m and produces ten cubic feet of void fill. They’re also specially designed without a core to increase volume and minimise waste, so you’ll rest assured that you’re getting the best value for money with these void fill rolls.

The sustainable bubble wrap alternative: PuffPack was designed to be a sustainable alternative to bubble wrap. It’s extremely flexible and will wrap around and protect many types of fragile objects, just like bubble wrap, but it’s made from 100% recycled paper and can be recycled or composted after use.
Dual purpose: PuffPack also doubles up as a void fill system. When drawn through our paper ring dispenser, it will “flute” to create a continuous stream, which can then be cut off and crumpled into the box.
Packing volume: Due to the unique surface of the PuffPack paper, it’s possible to obtain 50% more void fill than flat or smooth paper. This means less volume of paper needed and reduced packing costs.

If you’re looking to order larger volumes than offered in our shop or wish to order by pallet on a regular basis, please do get in touch to speak with one of our representatives today. We can offer all types of support, from 30-day accounts to stock and call-off, all delivered on a next-day basis.
Courier deliveries will be made between 9am – 6pm.
All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
As soon as your goods leave our premises they are tracked until they reach your door!
We partner with DPD for a reason, they offer the most in flexibility and customer service features. Once your goods are picked up from our depot, you will be notified via either the email addressed you provided or by text message on the telephone number you provide during the order process.
On the day of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour delivery slot, this means that you do not need to be in all day like other couriers. Through the DPD app or website you are able to track the route and name of your driver.
Going to be out whilst the delivery is taking place? No Problem, you can either change the delivery address or even request it be delivered to a local pick up point or store. Many stores including Halfords and Sainsburys support DPD pick-ups.

Part-pallet or full pallet deliveries will be despatched through our pallet network or on our own vehicles. You will be notified by email when your delivery is being despatched, but will be unable to track it online. All pallet deliveries will be made between 8am - 6pm on the next working day.
Once your order has been placed a quote for delivery will be generated and you will be contact prior to despatch to make payment.
We aim to process and despatch orders for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday would normally be delivered next day (Sunday and bank holidays Excluded). Please note pallet deliveries can only be delivered on a working day with Saturdays excluded.
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY (BANK HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED) FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY.
Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance. Please follow the guidelines below:

Packaging Supplies will arrange collection for any damaged or defective goods, however in the event that you miss your arranged collection date or time, then the return of the goods will become your responsibility.

In the late 1970s, two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging supplier. At the time, other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocking packaging consumables, but Tim and Stewart wanted to offer more than that. They wanted to give their clients additional services, such as warehouse storage and the ability to have their packaging delivered as and when it was required. Packaging Supplies was established, and the rest is history.
