Description

These 12×16″ extra large kraft paper bags are perfect for retail, including food and non-food items. These paper bags have a gusseted base sealed with adhesive. The handle is made from excellent quality 120gsm paper and attached to the bag by a strong adhesive, making it suitable for carrying heavier items. We also sell brown paper bags without handles and paper bags with twisted handles.

One of the benefits of this type of paper bag is that they’re very easy to pack. They’re also convenient for your customers and are an eco-friendly option like the rest of our range. These brown paper bags are made from at least 88% recycled content and are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and home-compostable.

What Features Do Our Brown Paper Bags with Handles Have?

Strong base: This style of bag has a square/rectangular base that is gusseted and glued shut for extra strength. 

120gsm externally glued handle: The paper handle is 120gsm and externally glued, which makes it reliable for carrying heavier items without rips or tears.  

BRC Accreditation and Storage: Both our manufacturing and storage facilities have AA standard BRC accreditation, which means that all of our paper bags are food grade.

Yes, we offer our brown paper bags in four sizes:

Our minimum order is 250 units, and a full pallet is 25,000 units. It’s £6 (VAT included) to order a sample.

Deliveries by Couriers

Courier deliveries will be made between 9am – 6pm.

All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.

Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Tracking your parcels

As soon as your goods leave our premises they are tracked until they reach your door!

We partner with DPD for a reason, they offer the most in flexibility and customer service features. Once your goods are picked up from our depot, you will be notified via either the email addressed you provided or by text message on the telephone number you provide during the order process.

On the day of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour delivery slot, this means that you do not need to be in all day like other couriers. Through the DPD app or website you are able to track the route and name of your driver.

Going to be out whilst the delivery is taking place? No Problem, you can either change the delivery address or even request it be delivered to a local pick up point or store. Many stores including Halfords and Sainsburys support DPD pick-ups.

Pallet Deliveries

Part-pallet or full pallet deliveries will be despatched through our pallet network or on our own vehicles.  You will be notified by email when your delivery is being despatched, but will be unable to track it online.  All pallet deliveries will be made between 8am - 6pm on the next working day.

International Deliveries

Once your order has been placed a quote for delivery will be generated and you will be contact prior to despatch to make payment.

Delivery Timescale

We aim to process and despatch orders for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday would normally be delivered next day (Sunday and bank holidays Excluded).  Please note pallet deliveries can only be delivered on a working day with Saturdays excluded.

In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY (BANK HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED) FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY.

UK Bank Holidays

Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

Delivery Charges to UK Mainland Destinations

We are extremely happy to announce that we offer free next day delivery to all orders delivered to UK Mainland, with no minimum order value.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Product Returns

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance.  Please follow the guidelines below:

Please call us on the following number 01491 834000 or contact us via [email protected] . within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.  Refunds for damaged or defected goods can only be refunded when returned to Packaging Supplies within 10 working days of your delivery.

Packaging Supplies will arrange collection for any damaged or defective goods, however in the event that you miss your arranged collection date or time, then the return of the goods will become your responsibility.

Items must be made ready for collection with an order confirmation printed inside the parcel.

Standard No-fault Returns

Please call us on the following number 01491 834000 or contact us via [email protected] . within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned to Packaging Supplies within 10 working days from the date of your delivery.

You must obtain a collection quote from Packaging Supplies for the return of the items, which will vary in cost depending on the order quantity and size.

Items must be made ready for collection with an order confirmation printed inside the parcel.

Refunds will only be issued if all returned items are unmarked, undamaged and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened.

Custom-made Product Returns

For damaged or defective products, please follow the advice above.

Refunds or returns for products that have been custom made or customized in any way will not be accepted unless they have been delivered damaged or defective.

Packaging Supplies will assess all custom-made return claims for damaged or defective products on a case by case basis.
