Our Kraft tableware range is an environmentally friendly range, perfect for takeaway or food delivery services. We currently offer several different sizes of burger and snack boxes and 3 sizes of the food trays. Everything in this range has the advantage of being suitable for both hot and cold food.
For the food packaging tray’s product range, we use a high-quality unbleached Kraft board to make both the food boxes and trays. Kraft is made from wood pulp from sustainable sources and is made using a unique process which results in high quality, long-lasting product.
As well as looking great, our Kraft tableware can be used for both hot and cold food, so is extremely versatile. Due to the unique manufacturing process, it’s also tear-resistant, water/oil resistant and very durable.
Our entire range has the added benefit of being home compostable and biodegradable, especially on our food tray packaging.
As well as offering many food grade products, you can be assured that our manufacturing and storage facilities are up to the job and have AA standard BRC accreditation.

Here at Packaging Supplies, we are a big believer in the circular economy. Paper packaging is the closest packaging material to hitting this goal, with an impressive 85.5% recycling rate in the EU. This is the reason that we have changed our product offering to be completely plastic-free and focus our attention on paper products which can be 100% recycled.
All of Packaging Supplies products – including our 180x135x45mm Medium Kraft Food Tray – are made from paper sourced from sustainable forests. Packaging Supplies are committed to environmental legislation.
Courier deliveries will be made between 9am – 6pm.
All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
As soon as your goods leave our premises they are tracked until they reach your door!
We partner with DPD for a reason, they offer the most in flexibility and customer service features. Once your goods are picked up from our depot, you will be notified via either the email addressed you provided or by text message on the telephone number you provide during the order process.
On the day of delivery, you will be given a 1-hour delivery slot, this means that you do not need to be in all day like other couriers. Through the DPD app or website you are able to track the route and name of your driver.
Going to be out whilst the delivery is taking place? No Problem, you can either change the delivery address or even request it be delivered to a local pick up point or store. Many stores including Halfords and Sainsburys support DPD pick-ups.

Part-pallet or full pallet deliveries will be despatched through our pallet network or on our own vehicles. You will be notified by email when your delivery is being despatched, but will be unable to track it online. All pallet deliveries will be made between 8am - 6pm on the next working day.
Once your order has been placed a quote for delivery will be generated and you will be contact prior to despatch to make payment.
We aim to process and despatch orders for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday would normally be delivered next day (Sunday and bank holidays Excluded). Please note pallet deliveries can only be delivered on a working day with Saturdays excluded.
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAY (BANK HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED) FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY.
Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.
We are extremely happy to announce that we offer free next day delivery to all orders delivered to UK Mainland, with no minimum order value.

If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance. Please follow the guidelines below:
Please call us on the following number 01491 834000 or contact us via [email protected] . within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Refunds for damaged or defected goods can only be refunded when returned to Packaging Supplies within 10 working days of your delivery.
Packaging Supplies will arrange collection for any damaged or defective goods, however in the event that you miss your arranged collection date or time, then the return of the goods will become your responsibility.
Items must be made ready for collection with an order confirmation printed inside the parcel.

Goods must be returned to Packaging Supplies within 10 working days from the date of your delivery.
You must obtain a collection quote from Packaging Supplies for the return of the items, which will vary in cost depending on the order quantity and size.

Refunds will only be issued if all returned items are unmarked, undamaged and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened.
For damaged or defective products, please follow the advice above.
Refunds or returns for products that have been custom made or customized in any way will not be accepted unless they have been delivered damaged or defective.
Packaging Supplies will assess all custom-made return claims for damaged or defective products on a case by case basis.

In the late 1970s, two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging supplier. At the time, other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocking packaging consumables, but Tim and Stewart wanted to offer more than that. They wanted to give their clients additional services, such as warehouse storage and the ability to have their packaging delivered as and when it was required. Packaging Supplies was established, and the rest is history.
