COVID-19 Operating Procedure Update

Dear Customer

We are facing difficult times ahead due to the potential risks associated with the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.

With this in mind we would like to outline the various precautions and measures we have put in place to help counteract the effect of this on our, and our customers businesses.

• Reinforcement of the WHO and Governments guidance on personal hygiene and workplace hygiene
• Measures have been introduced to enable staff members to work at home or offsite, as and when necessary.
• Warehouse and delivery staff are instructed to work independently of other personnel to reduce cross infection.
• All staff have been trained to work in either depot, to alleviate possible staff shortages in individual units

We already have many contingency plans in place, due to our BRC grade A certification, and will continue to try and mitigate any further disruptions that may occur in the coming weeks and months.

If and as we receive any additional instructions, from the authorities, we will amend or change our operating procedures accordingly.
