Polythene

Clear polythene bags are economical and popular throughout a wide

range of industries.  They allow the

contents to be visible and offer protection against dust, dirt and moisture.  Polythene bags can be quickly and effectively

sealed using twist ties or by using a heat sealer or bag neck sealer.

All of the clear polythene bags supplied at Packaging Supplies are

Food Grade Approved and the material used is 100% recyclable.

We

stock a light and a medium grade of polythene bag, but we can supply bags in a

Light duty polythene bags are ideally suited for

lightweight items such as clothing, instruction booklets, foodstuffs and soft

toys.

Medium duty polythene bags are used throughout a range of

industries including fashion, groceries, pet food and publishing.

sand or pebbles etc.

Layflat Polythene

Tubing

Layflat polythene tubing is supplied on a roll. It is a continuous

length of polythene tubing that can be cut and sealed to create custom bags of

almost any size.  It is an incredibly

flexible choice of polythene packaging.

Layflat tubing protects against dust, dirt and moisture.  As per the polythene bags, layflat tubing can

be sealed using twist ties or by using a heat sealer or bag neck sealer.

The layflat tubing available to buy in our online shop is clear and

supplied in a heavy duty gauge.  However,

layflat tubing can be manufactured in other colours and gauges with a fast

Grip Seal

Bags

Grip Seal Bags, also known as Mini Grip Bags or Self Seal Bags are a

medium duty transparent polythene bag.

These grip seal bags are supplied in either clear or with a write on

panel.  The write on panel enables the

contents to be labelled for quick identification using a normal biro or marker

pen.

Grip seal bags offer a good protection against moisture, dust and dirt

and are suitable for use with food.  The

mini grip bags have a squeeze and seal closure for continual re-use.  The bags are particularly useful for keeping

items in storage and can be used for a variety of small to medium items.

Mailing

Bags

Packaging Supplies offer lightweight or glossy blue mailing bags.  The lightweight mailing bags are a budget

alternative to the glossy blue mailers, which are made using a slightly higher

micron.

Polythene mailing bags are ideal for mail order companies and ebay

traders.  All of the mailing bags are

waterproof making them the ideal protection for goods in transit.  The peel and seal strip makes light work of

packing and being opaque the contents of the mailing bags remain undisclosed.

Bubble Bags

Packaging Supplies have protective bubble bags in a range of

sizes.  Each bubble bag has an adhesive

strip, which is easily peeled off enabling the bag to be secured shut.

Packaging Supplies offer a standard and an anti-static bubble

bag.  The anti-static bag comes in pink

and is suitable for electronic and delicate items that require anti-static

protection.

The standard bubble bags are suitable for small to medium delicate

items requiring more cushioning protection than from a polythene bag.

Refuse

Sacks

Packaging Supplies offer a high quality polythene black refuse

sack.  These refuse sacks can be used for

both domestic and industrial use.

Although Packaging Supplies only stock a standard black refuse sack,

we can also supply differently coloured printed refuse sacks which are ideal

fastening handle.  This design of closing

keeps the contents securely in the bag, making the clip close bags ideal for

carriers are a good economy range of bag.
