Instapak® Quick RT provides general duty cushioning and light blocking and bracing for a wide range of applications. For heavier products contact us about our Quick Tuff® RT packaging.
Instapak® Quick RT is supplied and stored flat to save space. Once activated it quickly forms a custom-shaped cushion around your product and within the packing box to absorb knocks and scrapes during shipping.
Instapak® Quick RT can be disposed of with ordinary waste, where it will compact to approximately 10% of its original volume. It will not degrade to pollute air or groundwater.
In the late 1970’s two friends and colleagues, Tim Allen and Stewart Middleton, saw a gap in the market for a different type of packaging company. At the time other businesses were selling custom made boxes and stocked packaging consumables, but Tim & Stewart wanted to offer more than that. They wanted to give their clients additional services such as warehouse storage and the ability to ‘call off’ their packaging as and when it was required…
We are certified by BRC Global Standards for the storage of food & non-food grade packaging; the storage of stationery items destined for restaurant groups and the contract packing of singular factored ambient-stable food sachets into retail/wholesaler packs.
